About KP Crossville
A Knox Trailers shop
on I-40.
KP Crossville is the I-40 corridor extension of Knox Trailers, set up to handle both truck and trailer work in one place. Same ownership. Same operational standards. Different geography — and a different service mix that fits the I-40 customer base.
Why Crossville
Trucks and trailers. Parts and service.
KP Crossville sits just off Exit 322 on I-40, a coast-to-coast freight artery that never really slows down. A corridor that busy needs shops on it, not just at the far ends. Opening here was strategic: it let us add heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts and truck mechanical service to the trailer work we already did.
That means one shop for both sides of the rig. Tractor and trailer, serviced under one roof, with the heavy-duty truck parts and the trailer parts in stock to fix them. Same inventory standards, same documentation, same honest quotes as Knox Trailers. Different shop, same DNA.
Fleets bill to a single account across both locations. Owner-operators on I-40 use whichever fits the route.
What we believe
The principles the shop runs on.
Truck and trailer, one shop.
Most repair shops specialize. We're built to handle both because most of our customers need both. Save the round-trip between two locations.
Owner-operator friendly.
We work with single-truck operators. We don't treat one-truck customers like an inconvenience. Same shop hours, same diagnostic process, same honest quote.
Parts in stock.
Common parts for both trucks and trailers at the counter. The parts an owner-operator needs to get back on the road, not next-week-when-they-ship.
Documented work.
Every repair documented. Inspection paperwork that holds up at roadside. Service history accessible on request.
Same standards as the parent.
Knox Trailers built the patterns we run. Same operational standards, same parts relationships, same honest scope. Different geography.
