How to use the counter
Three ways in.
Walk-in
Come during counter hours. Most common parts on the shelf. Cash, card, or account billing. If we don't have it in Crossville, we'll check Knox Trailers and Post Onsite in Knoxville — same-day or next-morning depending on your timing.
Call ahead
Call with the year/make/model and what you're replacing. We'll confirm availability and have it on the counter when you pull up. Saves your tech 30 minutes per stop.
Account billing
Fleet and shop accounts get net-30 terms and PO-friendly invoicing. Your team picks up and signs, we invoice the account.Set up a fleet account →
